SHIPPING AND TRANSIT TIMES

 

Orders shipping via our standard Fedex SmartPost ground-speed service will usually ship within 1-2 business days. 

All orders placed after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, including expedited shipping speeds, will be processed the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on holidays will be processed the following business day.

Please note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable on a return.

Where we ship:

via FedEx Smart Post:

  • 100% US coverage, including Alaska, Hawaii
  • U.S. P.O. boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO destinations
  • Puerto Rico

Shipments will be delivered by your US Postal carrier, delivered Monday-Saturday 

  • Allow 3-10 business days for receipt within the contiguous United States
  • Allow 11-15 business days outside of the contiguous United States

via FedEx Express Service (Next Day, 2nd Day, 3-Day)

Express Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO/DPO destinations.

Your package will be delivered by Fedex.

We do not ship internationally at this time.

FREE RETURNS

We want you to be completely happy with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return of unworn. Worn shoes cannot be returned unless defective, with prior approval.* Products that you return must be in unworn/unused condition, show no visible signs of wear, and should be returned in the original packaging. Merchandise returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, please return your original shipment and place a new order for the desired product.

When making a return, macmichaelavionics.com will:

  • Provide you a pre-paid return label for your order to send your item(s) back to us.
  • Upon receipt of your return at our distribution facility, we will issue a credit for the returned merchandise to the credit card used to make your purchase. Please note, initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

HOW TO RETURN:

1. Find Your Order Number. It’s located on the digital receipt that was emailed when your purchase was made.

2. Go to https://macmichaelavionics.com/return/new?c=macmichaelavionics (or scroll to the bottom of the page and click “RETURNS.”)

3. Complete the Online Return Form. You’ll need your order number, plus the email address, phone number and ZIP used to make the original purchase.

4. Follow the Shipping Instructions. Use the pre-paid label to send back your item(s).

5. Kick Back and Wait for Your Refund.

In consideration of return shipping time and warehouse receipt processing, please allow 7-10 business days for the processing of your return.
